At the beginning of 2025, I got really curious about what challenges my Pisces friends might face in their careers. So, I started my exploration.
I first talked to a bunch of Pisces folks I knew. I asked them about their work situations, like what they liked and disliked about their jobs. One Pisces guy, Tom, told me he was feeling super stressed at his design job. There were always tight deadlines and clients who kept changing their minds. He said it was like trying to catch a cloud, always slipping through his fingers.
Then, I did some online research. I scrolled through forums and read articles written by so – called “career experts”. According to some data from a career survey, about 60% of Pisces people in 2025 felt that they were lacking in assertiveness at work. They were often too nice to say no to extra tasks, which made them overloaded.
After gathering all this info, I started to look for solutions. I talked to an old workmate who was good at handling work – related stress. He suggested that Pisces people should set clear boundaries at work. For example, make a to – do list and stick to it, don’t let others push you around.

I also found that joining professional groups or communities could be a great help. In these groups, Pisces could share their experiences and learn from others. I encouraged Tom to join a design community. He did, and he said he got a lot of new ideas and support from other designers.
As time went on, I kept following up with my Pisces friends. I saw some of them making real progress. Tom was able to say no to some unreasonable requests from clients, and he even got a small raise because he was more efficient.
Overall, through this whole process of exploring the career challenges of Pisces in 2025 and finding solutions, I realized that everyone faces difficulties at work, but with the right approach, we can all overcome them. And it’s really cool to be able to help my friends in the process!
