Well, I started this whole thing by just getting my hands on the Pisces GaneshaSpeaks monthly stuff. First, I just skimmed through it real quick, like just looking at the headings and the big bold words, you know? Just to get a general feel of what it was all about.
Then, I sat down properly and started reading it from the beginning. I made a list of all the things it said about self – improvement. There were a bunch of suggestions, like setting small goals and being more patient with myself. I decided to focus on the goal – setting part first.
I took out a pen and paper and wrote down some short – term goals. For example, I said I’d read for 30 minutes every day. It wasn’t easy at first. I’d get distracted by my phone or just feel lazy. But I kept reminding myself of what the monthly thing said about how achieving small goals can lead to big changes.
Next, I moved on to the patience advice. I noticed that I’d get really annoyed when things didn’t go my way, like when I couldn’t solve a simple problem at work. So, I started counting to ten in my head whenever I felt that anger rising. It sounds stupid, but it actually worked. I was calmer and could think better.
As the month went on, I kept checking back on the GaneshaSpeaks monthly. I adjusted my goals a bit. I realized that 30 minutes of reading every day was too much on some days, so I changed it to at least 15 minutes. And that made it easier to stick to.
By the end of the month, I could really see some changes in myself. I was more organized because of the goal – setting, and I was way less hot – tempered because of working on my patience. It wasn’t like I became a whole new person overnight, but I could feel that I was on the right track for self – improvement. And I’m gonna keep using this monthly thing to keep getting better.
