I was like, “Hey, things are okay right now!” And the third card, for the future, had a closed door. I guessed it meant there might be some obstacles ahead.
I kept practicing. Every day, I’d do a little spread. I’d write down what the cards said and then see if it matched what was going on in my life. Sometimes it seemed to fit, like one day the cards said there’d be a small surprise, and I got a free coffee at the shop. Other times, I was like, “This is just random.”
As I got more used to it, I started to trust my own intuition more. Instead of just relying on the booklet, I’d look at the cards and think about what they meant to me personally. For example, a card with a bird flying might mean freedom to me, even if the booklet said something different.
After a few weeks of practice, I felt like I was getting the hang of it. I could do spreads faster and make more sense of the cards. I even started doing spreads for my friends. They were pretty interested, and some of them said the readings were kind of accurate.
