So, I decided to figure out how to shuffle tarot cards effectively. First, I got my brand – new tarot card deck. I grabbed the deck firmly in my hands. I started with a simple over – hand shuffle. I picked up the cards and let them slide through my fingers one by one, mixing the top part with the bottom part.
Then, I tried the riffle shuffle. I split the deck into two halves and flexed the edges of the cards so that they interlaced with each other. It was a bit tricky at first, and I dropped a few cards on the floor. But after several attempts, I managed to do it smoothly.
Next, I did the bridge shuffle. I curved the deck in the middle, pressed the ends together, and let the cards fall and mix in a chaotic way. This one made the cards really well – shuffled, but it also required some strength in my hands.
I also followed the advice of an expert who said to shuffle for at least three minutes. So, I kept shuffling and switching between different shuffle methods during those three minutes. I felt like the cards were getting more and more randomized.
Finally, I finished shuffling and laid the cards out on the table. I could see that they were thoroughly mixed. According to some tarot enthusiasts, a good shuffle can enhance the accuracy of the tarot reading. And after this hands – on practice, I believe it! Now I know how to shuffle tarot cards effectively, and I’m ready for my next tarot reading session.
