Man, let me tell you about my journey trying to manage a Pisces career in March. It all started when I had a buddy who’s a Pisces and was really struggling with his job situation. He was feeling lost, not sure which direction to take in his career.
First thing I did was to research Pisces characteristics. I dived into books and online articles, trying to figure out what makes these fish tick. I learned that Pisces are creative, intuitive, and empathetic, but they can also be a bit dreamy and indecisive.
Then, I sat down with my buddy and had a long chat. I asked him about his passions, his skills, and his long – term career goals. He told me he loved art but was working in a boring office job. We made a list of all the art – related careers he could potentially pursue, like graphic design, illustration, or art therapy.
Next, I encouraged him to network. I said, “Hey, go to those art events, meet people in the industry.” He was a bit shy at first, but he forced himself to attend a local art fair. There, he met some cool artists and even got a few leads on potential job openings.
I also suggested that he work on his online presence. He started an Instagram account to showcase his art. He posted his sketches and paintings regularly, and slowly but surely, he gained some followers. Some of them were even art directors from small companies who reached out to him.
Finally, I told him to be persistent. He applied for a bunch of art jobs. There were a few rejections, but he didn’t give up. He kept improving his portfolio and interview skills.
By the end of March, he landed a job as a junior graphic designer at a startup. It was amazing to see him go from being lost in his career to finally finding a path that he was excited about. These five steps really worked, and I’m sharing them with you all in the hope that they’ll help other Pisces out there achieve career success in March too!
