Well, I’ve been really into helping my Pisces friends with their career stuff this month. So, I decided to give it a go and see what I could do to improve their career situations. Here’s how it all went down.
First off, I researched a bunch about Pisces characteristics. I read up on how they’re usually creative, intuitive, and empathetic. Knowing these traits, I thought about how they could use them in the workplace. For example, their creativity could be great for coming up with new ideas in a marketing or design job.
Then, I talked to my Pisces friends one by one. I asked them about their current jobs, what they liked, and what they didn’t like. One friend was working in a boring data – entry job, and he was so unhappy. Another was in a sales position but felt like his empathetic side wasn’t being used.
Based on these chats, I suggested some practical tips. For the friend in the data – entry job, I told him to look for a more creative role, maybe in content creation or graphic design. I said he could start by taking some online courses in his free time. For the sales friend, I told him to focus on building deeper relationships with clients, using his empathetic skills to understand their needs better.
I also encouraged them to network. I said they should go to industry events, even if it was just virtual ones. I told them to introduce themselves to people, ask questions, and see if there were any new opportunities out there.
Another thing I did was help them with their resumes. I made sure their creative and empathetic qualities were highlighted. I added some examples of how they’d used these traits in previous jobs.
Finally, I followed up with them regularly. I asked how things were going with the courses, the networking, and the job search. The data – entry friend started taking a graphic design course and was really into it. The sales friend had a few great client meetings and was feeling more fulfilled at work.
Overall, it was a really rewarding experience. By using these five steps – researching, talking, suggesting, encouraging, and following up – I think I’ve helped my Pisces friends take some steps towards career success this month. It just goes to show that a little bit of effort can make a big difference!
