At the beginning of this month, I was super excited to find out that it’s a great chance for us Pisces to have an amazing month. So, I decided to follow some suggestions and see what would happen.
First off, I started with self – care. I made sure to get enough sleep. Every night, I’d set my alarm a bit earlier than usual to go to bed. I’d turn off my phone, dim the lights, and just relax into my soft pillows. It was like my body was thanking me every morning when I woke up feeling refreshed.
Next, I focused on my diet. I’m not usually a big healthy – food fan, but I knew it was important. I started buying fresh fruits and vegetables. I remember one day, I went to the grocery store and spent ages looking at all the different kinds of apples. I ended up buying a bunch of them. I’d munch on an apple every afternoon instead of reaching for a bag of chips.
Then, I wanted to work on my creativity. I’m into painting, so I set aside some time every week to paint. I’d put on some soft music, grab my brushes and paints, and just let my imagination run wild. One time, I painted a picture of a fish swimming in a star – filled ocean. It was so much fun, and I felt really proud of myself when I finished it.
Socializing was also on my list. I invited some of my Pisces friends over for a movie night. We ordered pizza, sat on the couch, and laughed our heads off at some silly movies. It was great to catch up with them and share our stories.
Finally, I made sure to take some time for meditation. I’d sit in a quiet corner of my room, close my eyes, and just focus on my breathing. It helped me calm down and clear my mind. There were days when I was really stressed out, but a few minutes of meditation made me feel a lot better.
By the end of the month, I have to say, it was an awesome month. I felt more energetic, creative, and connected with my friends. These suggestions really worked for me. If you’re a Pisces, I’d totally recommend giving them a try!
