Well, let me tell you how I dealt with emotions during the Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces months. It all started when I realized that my mood was all over the place. I was like a roller – coaster of feelings, one minute happy, the next super sad.

Exercise was another thing I added to my routine. I’d go for a jog in the park or do some yoga at home. When I was running, I’d feel the wind in my face and the ground beneath my feet. It was a great way to release all that pent – up energy. And after a yoga session, I’d feel so relaxed, like I was floating on a cloud.
