Well, I’ve always been a bit curious about horoscopes. So, when 2023 rolled around, I decided to test out the accuracy of the Pisces monthly horoscope.
First off, I grabbed a bunch of different sources that provided monthly horoscopes for Pisces in 2023. I got some from popular astrology websites, and some from those old – fashioned astrology magazines you can find at the newsstand.
At the start of each month, I’d sit down and read through all these horoscopes carefully. I’d jot down the key predictions, like if it said there’d be a new romantic opportunity, or a work – related breakthrough.
As the month went on, I kept a daily journal. Every night, I’d write down what happened to me that day. Did I meet someone new? Did I get a promotion at work? I was really detailed about it, like a detective collecting clues.

By the end of the month, I’d go back and compare my journal entries with the horoscope predictions. And let me tell you, it was a mixed bag.
Some months, there were a few things that kind of matched up. For example, one horoscope said I’d have a chance to show off my creative side at work, and that month, I got to lead a really cool project where I could use my artistic skills. But other months, it was like the horoscopes were from another planet. They talked about big financial gains, but I didn’t see a single extra dime.
I did this for the whole year of 2023. And overall, I’d say the accuracy rate was pretty low. Maybe about 20 – 30% of the predictions actually came true. It’s like trying to hit a target blindfolded. You might get lucky a few times, but most of the time, you’re way off.
Now, I know some people really believe in horoscopes, and that’s cool. But from my own experience, I think they’re more for fun than anything else. They’re like those fortune cookies you get at a Chinese restaurant. You open them up, have a little laugh, and then move on with your day.
