Hey, guys! I’ve been dealing with the so – called “Pisces moon negative traits” for a while, and I’m here to share my journey of trying to overcome them.
First off, I had to figure out what these negative traits were. People always say Pisces moon folks are overly sensitive, moody, and kind of escapist. I was like, “Yeah, that sounds like me.” So, I started by observing myself. I kept a little journal, just jotting down when I got overly emotional or when I felt like running away from a problem.
Once I had a clear idea of when these traits showed up, I decided to take action. I read somewhere that exercise can help with mood swings. So, I started going for a jog every morning. It was tough at first. I’m not really a morning person, and running is not my thing. But I forced myself out of bed. I remember the first few days, I could only run for like five minutes, and I was out of breath. But I kept at it.
Another thing I did was to face my problems head – on. Instead of avoiding difficult conversations or situations, I made myself sit down and deal with them. For example, there was this work project that I was really dreading. I kept putting it off, but then I set a specific time to work on it every day. It was hard, and I wanted to give up a few times. But I told myself, “Come on, you can do this.”
I also tried to control my sensitivity. When someone said something that would usually make me feel bad, I took a deep breath and thought about it rationally. I asked myself if what they said was really that bad or if I was just being too sensitive. It took a lot of practice, but slowly, I started to react less dramatically.
As time went on, I noticed some changes. I wasn’t as moody as before. I could handle stress better, and I was more willing to face challenges. I still have my moments, of course. There are days when I feel like going back to my old ways. But overall, I’ve made progress.
So, if you’re dealing with Pisces moon negative traits, don’t lose hope. It’s not easy, but with some effort and determination, you can overcome them. Just take it one step at a time, and you’ll see results.
