Well, I’ve always been curious about whether male Pisces can change their toxic traits. So, I decided to do some hands – on exploration on this.
First off, I reached out to several male Pisces friends. I started chatting with them casually, like just asking about their day, their hobbies. Then, I gradually steered the conversation towards their so – called “toxic” sides. One of my friends, let’s call him Tom, he was kind of moody. I noticed he could be really happy one moment and then super gloomy the next. I asked him if he was aware of this trait, and he said he kind of was, but he didn’t know how to change it.
Next, I did some research. I read a bunch of articles and watched some YouTube videos. Experts say that about 70% of people can make significant changes in their behavior if they have the right motivation and support. That gave me hope for my male Pisces friends.
I suggested to Tom that he start keeping a mood journal. Every day, he would write down how he felt, what made him feel that way. This was a tough step for him at first. He was like, “Why do I have to do this? It’s so boring.” But I kept encouraging him, telling him it was for his own good.
As weeks passed, Tom started to see patterns in his mood swings. He realized that he got really down when he spent too much time alone. So, I told him to try to socialize more. He joined a book club, which was something he was interested in. At first, he was shy and didn’t talk much, but as he got to know the other members, he started opening up.
Another toxic trait that some male Pisces have is being overly sensitive. I had another friend, Mike. He would take every little comment to heart. I told him to practice some self – talk. Whenever he felt hurt by something someone said, he should tell himself that it might not be as bad as it seemed. He was skeptical at first, but he gave it a shot.
After a few months, I saw some real changes. Tom was more stable in his mood. He still had his off days, but they were less frequent. Mike was also better at handling criticism. He didn’t get as upset as easily.
So, based on my experience, male Pisces can change their toxic traits. It takes time, effort, and a willingness to change. But with the right approach and support, there’s definitely hope!
