Well, I’ve always been kinda curious about tarot cards. You know, those fancy cards that people say can tell your future or give you some insights. So, I decided to do this little experiment to see if the most positive tarot cards really make a difference in readings.
First off, I went out and bought a deck of tarot cards. I mean, you can’t do the reading without the cards, right? It was a bit of a hassle finding a deck that I liked. There were so many different designs and styles, but I finally settled on one that had these really colorful and cool-looking cards.
Then, I started learning how to do a tarot reading. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos and read some online articles. It was like learning a whole new language. There were all these different spreads and meanings for each card. But I kept at it, practicing on my own with the deck.

Once I felt like I had a basic grasp of it, I decided to start my experiment. I did two types of readings: one with just the most positive cards I could find in the deck, and one with a mix of positive and negative cards. I picked ten friends to be my guinea pigs. Yeah, I know it’s not a huge sample size, but it was good enough for me.
For the first reading with the positive cards, I shuffled the deck and picked out the ones that seemed the most upbeat, like the Sun card, the Star card, and the Lovers card. I did the reading for each friend and wrote down their reactions. Most of them were really happy and excited. They were like, “Wow, this is so great! Things are gonna be awesome for me!”
Then, I did the second reading with the mixed cards. There were some positive ones, but also some negative ones like the Tower card and the Devil card. This time, the reactions were way different. Some of my friends got a bit worried or even freaked out. One of them was like, “Oh no, does this mean bad things are coming?”
After I finished all the readings, I sat down and thought about it. It was pretty clear that the positive cards had a big impact on how my friends felt. Even though I told them it was just an experiment, they still got caught up in the positive vibes. But then I started to wonder if it was just a placebo effect. I mean, who doesn’t like to hear good things about themselves?
So, from my little experiment, it seems like the most positive tarot cards do make a difference in readings. They can really lift people’s spirits and make them feel good. But whether they actually predict the future or not, well, that’s still up in the air. Maybe I’ll do more experiments in the future to find out for sure!
