Hey, I’m here to share my experience on helping a Pisces woman plan her 2025 career. It all started when my friend, a Pisces lady, came to me all worried about her career direction in the coming year.
Step 1: Understanding Her Interests
I sat down with her and asked a bunch of questions. I wanted to know what she really liked to do. We talked for hours, and I got her to list out all the things that made her excited. She mentioned how much she loved art, especially painting and graphic design. So, I wrote all those down on a piece of paper.
Step 2: Assessing Her Skills
Next, I got her to think about what she was good at. She said she was pretty good at using design software and had a good eye for colors. I also asked her about any past work or projects. She showed me some of her old paintings and graphic design works. Based on that, I made a list of her skills, like Photoshop skills, creativity in design, and the ability to tell a story through visuals.
Step 3: Setting Goals
With her interests and skills in mind, we started to set some goals for 2025. We decided that she should aim to get at least two freelance graphic design projects by the end of the first quarter. And by the end of the year, she wanted to have her own small online store to sell her paintings. We made these goals specific and easy to track.
Step 4: Making a Plan
Once the goals were set, we made a plan. For the first quarter, I told her to start networking. She joined some online design communities and introduced herself. She also started sending out emails to local businesses, offering her graphic design services. For her painting store, we planned that she would spend a few hours every week on creating new paintings and learning about online marketing.
Step 5: Taking Action
Then came the hard part – taking action. She was a bit shy at first when it came to networking, but she pushed herself. She went to some virtual design meet – ups and started chatting with other designers. And she really got into creating new paintings. She set up a small corner in her room as her painting studio.
Step 6: Monitoring and Adjusting
As the year went on, we kept an eye on her progress. After the first quarter, she only got one freelance project instead of two. So, we adjusted the plan. She decided to lower her prices a bit for new clients and spend more time on improving her portfolio. By mid – year, things started to pick up. She got two more projects and had a bunch of new paintings ready for her online store.
By the end of 2025, she achieved both of her goals. She had completed several freelance projects and launched her online painting store. It was a great feeling to see her grow and succeed in her career. This whole experience taught me that with the right planning and a bit of hard work, anyone can achieve their career goals.
