I’ve always been into tarot cards, and I wanted to find some high – quality ones for free. So, I started my search.
First, I hit up my social circle. I asked my friends on Facebook, “Hey, anyone know where I can get free high – quality tarot cards?” Some of them just shrugged it off, but a few were really helpful. One friend told me to check out some local community centers. So, I thought, “Why not?” and decided to give it a shot.
I went to the nearest community center. I walked in and asked the lady at the front desk, “Do you guys have any free tarot cards here?” She looked at me like I was crazy at first, then she said they sometimes got donations of old books and stuff, and there might be tarot cards in there. She let me rummage through a big box of donated items. I spent about an hour sifting through magazines, old novels, and whatnot. But guess what? I didn’t find any tarot cards. I was a bit bummed, but I wasn’t ready to give up.
Next, I thought about online forums. I joined a few tarot – related groups on Reddit. I posted a message saying, “Guys, I’m looking for free high – quality tarot cards. Any suggestions?” People started to chime in. Some said to look for giveaways on Instagram. So, I hopped over to Instagram and started following a bunch of tarot accounts. I spent hours scrolling through posts, looking for those giveaway announcements. I entered a few, but it was like winning the lottery. I didn’t win any of them.
Then, I remembered a local thrift store I used to go to. I drove there and walked inside. It smelled like old stuff, you know? I went straight to the section where they kept the books and small trinkets. I started digging through the piles. After a while, I found a small, battered box. When I opened it, there were a set of tarot cards inside! They weren’t brand – new, but they were in decent condition and had really cool illustrations. I asked the cashier how much they were, and she said they were part of a donation and were free! I couldn’t believe it. I was so stoked.
After that, I went back to the online forums and shared my find. A few people said they’d try the thrift store method too. And that’s how I got my hands on some free high – quality tarot cards. It wasn’t easy, but it was definitely worth it.
